He is right though. If Arewa is not responsible for Bokoharam activities up north, how can one then say that IPOB is responsible for the criminal activities going on in the South East? Was it said that the Odua republic was responsible when Igboho was constituting trouble? Ijaw Republic when MEND was causing trouble?
