If you are not one of the poorest of the poor why worry about getting this palliative?...it's clearly not for you. The type of palliative you need are things like petrol voucher....eduction loan for your kids....reduced taxes or tax break if you own a business... efficient public transport...health insurance...etc

But if you insist you MUST get 5k palliative I can't stop you from applying or crying because you were denied.
