Omo, I regret putting my money in such useless bank. They lied to us that they are upgrading but thats not true.

3 months now with no news

They are not doing any upgrade at all.
Its just a ploy to restrict fund transfers out of their bank. You can't even walk into their branch and perform fund transfer to other banks. They will always tell you that their system is down.

Then withdraw cash, or can you use the funds to buy things onlone

There are things I look for when opening a bank account.
Proximity to where I reside
Branches:do they have branches even in remote area
Customer service: quick in resloving issues

Two old generation banks and two new generation banks is good for me

The family that killed societe general bank, and ran away with people's money , came back after several years to get permission to start another crooked bank, you still dey follow? Do you have a working ATM with them or you request for one , and then try and use it to cash out somewhere.

The place I worked b4 mandated us to use Heritage Bank. Now, I've left the place and I am far away from the bank now. They just locked everything up. Nobody is even talking about it. E come be like say na only me get account for there

I tire...m lucky to have only 2k in that acct. ATM down app down ussd k leg
