initial gra gra.
intercepting and destroying vessels will not stop bunkering and crude oil theft, the arrest and prosecution of the sponsors and brains behind it is what will stop it . after the arrest of these 12 and others , we won't hear anything again and that is the end, after about 3 to 6 months, there wont be any news of vessel interception again, the game continues as before

If they dont mention the names of the people involved in this, then things will not change. Reading that they destroyed the vessels stealing the oil shows how stupid some think NIgerians are. Catch them and dispaly their faces so we know who have been behind all these thefts all these days. No tribe should be spared, if you do it please be ready to mentioned.

The same way they are going to bury all the attroceities of Malami, Emefielle and the rest of the rogues that have held the NIgerian economy in the jugular all the eight years of Buhari.

We ain't ready ready yet!!!

The report notes that the suspects were apprehended with a vessel by personnel of the Joint Task Force, operatives of TANTITA Security Services and officials of the NSCDC, while illegally conveying crude oil off the coast of Escravos.

That is Tompolo's company. Asari Dokubo wasn't awarded this contract.

Exactly that's why I don't trust thiefnubuu

If the president can not make sure all these are published for Nigerians to know their enemies then his not the right leader

It's unfortunate but you are very correct. At first I was abit enthusiastic that Tinubu would be different but as things are unfolding it is more of the same .

My heart bleeds for Nigeria indeed. No president can do anything different as long as he works with these corrupt animals . As long as he shy away from arresting and persecuting these cabal members publicly.

Until we have a president who has the courage to be a Charles Taylor here in Nigeria we are just wasting our time.

The only fucking way out this, is a nationwide intense protest. But those benefiting from the sabotage will discourage and work against it as usual. The countries in Nigeria need to go their separate ways. When they caught young boys whom they have frustrated into crimes (cyber or whatever) they quickly publish their photographs, names, ethnic backgrounds and religion. When huge crimes like oil theft is committed the perpetrators are shielded and insulated with Evidence quickly destroyed.
