Please, how safe is the AMI Seasoning Cubes seasoning and other reddening seasonings like Jollof Rice & Stew Seasoning, Party Jollof Seasoning, etc.
As much as I love the colour these seasonings add to rice,stew and porridge, I am concerned about the colouring, like what are the ingredients used in deriving the red colour in these seasonings and are they safe for human consumption? Could there be side effects, are there health risk associated with long usage of these red seasonings? Nutritionists/Health expert pls advice.

Not like the regular seasoning cubes.

The reddish color is too concentrated and thick in cooked foods. Just two cubes is enough reddish color for a pot of anything you cook. I dey fear that AMI cubes but, I hope you use them in moderate sha.

No harm have been recorded so far which I know alot of have been using it daily for seasoning.

Ps; Op you have repeated this same topic before now in April, what exactly are you up to?

If it contains FD&C aka yellow #5 or Tartrazine know you're eating crude oil.

Make I add the common ones

Sunset yellow, amaranth, quinoline yellow, brilliant blue and indigo carmine.

Food companies want you to eat just anything.

Most artificial dyes are made from crude oil.

Thank you so much for your comments. I always use it in moderation. There is no intention to demarket the brand AMI, it is only out of curiousity that I repeat the post, since I have never come across any article by a medical journal or Nafdac that talks about the safety or risk of consuming such redening seasoning .
