do you have a sample? I would recommend a software reload assuming it isn't caused by a hardware bug which may mean replacing the camera

Thanks for your responsee. No. It's more like the pictures are bright when you snap but when you check on the photo app, the outlook is dark. It's a 2 day old new phone.

do you've a laptop? Do a backup on iTunes & factory reset 🤔 see if that fixes your issues.

Have u try calling to find out if it rings? have u.been experiencing near dead battery issue b4 now? U can take.to a newby Technician to open it up to check d issues. But if ure around come to Ikeja & I"ll help u with solution or call or whatsapp 08136144303

It's your camera settings at work. You've probably configured it to autotone the photo after snapping or it's the image format. Check your camera settings first

your camera is fine you just need to use the AE/AF lock to brighten the camera beeoree snapping

Thanks for this, at least this is better than using timer or taking pictures in burst mode.
