You have a point. But I really don't know how you want this "PMS deliveries contract" to work since government no longer have a hand in importation and distribution of fuel. By and large, corruption put us in this mess.

The only way out is for us to stop importing fuel; If crude oil is purchased locally and refined locally, all transactions done in Niara, only then we can talk of stability in our pricing system. But we still have a long way to go from achieving that For now, as long as the Naira continues to be on a free fall and the oil prices keep rising, nothing can save us from further fuel price increase except subsidy returns.

In-country production, is still the best option, but putting all our eggs in one basket may turn out to be counter productive. Dangote Refinery that everyone is looking up to may not want to sell pms at even N600/ litre... the dollar debt servicing component of the refinery is no joke, so there are still a lot of problems for the common man ahead.

My simple proposal of crude oil to pms swap deal of at least 1 year renewable contract will give us pricing stability in terms of pms.. by eliminating pricing volatility in the energy market...

A Request for Proposal (RFP) technical and commercial to major refineries in the world to deliver x amount of pms over a period of 12 months in exchange for x amount of Nigeria's crude, will surely attract some major refineries interest...

Please It will be an open competitive bidding process, so Nigeria will get the best value for her crude in exchange for uninterrupted supply of pms over a 12 months period QED.

A process like this will eliminate a large chunk of corruption in the system. Whatever happens in the forex market will no longer affect the pricing of pms....
I believe if such a proposal is tested pms will crash to under N400/ litre.

I am an advocate that government should provide the enabling environment for free and fair competition.. The major oil marketers, IPMAN and others will simply partner with any international refineries of their choices to submit a joint bid... so nobody is muscled out by NNPC Ltd.

Believe me, the cartel will never allow such a process to see the light of the day.

The govt knows this already. That's what they did during Buhari's tenure, they paid no subsidy and just embezzled funds.
What is happening now is that there is no money in govt treasury and govt needs money fast, so govt is making profits on our head by selling us PMS at an exhorbitant price.

Felicity, you wicked cheesy

I don’t know whichever hole you crawl out from to defend your accomplice, but it is obvious you will soon vanish like chaff and be back to same hole. So it is needless throwing bones at every barking dog like you raving mad. I am not Dru, I am not invincible, but I am pure. Super proud of that. You nd your accomplice can dig and dig till you dig sick, it will end at that petty kindergarten jabs without any tangible evidence, but words to play around. You can also pack clay sand and make structures out of it since elementary jokes are your problems.

Needless pushing this from here. That was the audio of him begging money on Saturday. When I was telling Pearl he need help, it seem it was coming from the place of hate, but honestly he need help. I rest my case for the reason below and see no reason to keep bullying the weak. Let the rest be your problem to deal with, if you truly care for em like you want to stick out your chest for him, send him hug. Dude is going thro a lot. Thank You!

Least you’ll hear from me.

You are yet to say the reason why you fail to pay Moses the money for the home theater he sold to you. What manner of family did you come from?

You have failed to say anything regarding your father, but think twisting real subject with insults and illusional I win I win will give you some peace of mind. Like I said I won’t attack your parents, but I honestly long to know the role your father played in your life, if he played any and why he and your mother ain’t living together.

Don’t twist this place, just come real.
