LP he finally responded to APC addresses. It was a long read, but I focused more on the Shettima double nomination. Tinubu nominated Shettima on 14th July, but the 3rd respondent signed the INEC withdrawal notice on the 15th. LP also argued that APC can not seek refuge under the SC judgement against PDP. They cited SC precedent to backup their case. LP argument where very logical and well marshalled. Kudos to the LP legal team. I can't wait to read PDP and APM addresses. 7 Likes 2 Shares |
