I hope not but I totally understand where your skepticism is coming from.

I would include waltersmiths projects to the ones likely to manifest.

I believe the private sector driven projects will all come to reality, but those ones by the state government is just phantom projects.

Everyone has echoed this same thing because it's crystal clear that Hope Uzodinma isn't in Imo State to work for the people. That man is clearly evil.

When I saw 2023 Imo State budget and all the phantom projects he plans to kick off in the state, the first question that came to my mind was, "What did he achieve in the past 4 years?"
You cannot be running a government of promises when you have already wasted four years.

Hope Uzodinma is the only Nigerian governor that would always run to Abuja to invite Buhari to commission every kilometer of road he fixes. Governors who focus on playing politics more than developing their states always end up as monumental failures. That's the category Hope Uzodinma falls into.
