There are backlogs and they've not even started paying the 800 million dollars owed to airlines. Give it next 2 months and the reserves would start bouncing back.
When reserves start bouncing back, currency would likely get stronger.
Along the way, Tinubu sells some NNPC assets for Billions of dollars (latest next year), currency strengthens as well.
