Some people have been debating about Pay of NLNG vs Shell vs Chevron and Total, according to the previous thread I read about NLNG there's no way those companies would match NLNG,

What do you think?

NLNG has Shell, Total, AGIP and NNPC as its shareholders. This alone should answer your question.

I think one company that might come close here to NLNG is Total. I stand to be corrected though

I cannot comment on this as I have an NDA with. the company. So I cannot talk about their pay in comparison with peer companies

It's an indigenous E&P, Seems they just expanded and started with Graduate Trainee and their first recruitment is this year, we are through with virtual Assessment Center and asked to submit Nysc and Degree certificate. Any useful info about them is appreciated.

Judging by what I saw on this recent offer, NLNG pays well but not as much as IOCs. Total Upstream pay is handsome but Total Downstream pay is terrible.

Total upstream are the real deal. I saw one offer from them my eye pop. For Graduate engineer o. I no believe. Funny thing is that people who are not in the know will argue with you when you mention what these companies pay graduates. The real boss move though na foreign remote programmers. that's the nature of the market. Downstream pay is not terrible, it is actually fantastic - it is upstream pay that makes it look terrible

It is true. The said person was meant to receive it last Wednesday but I guess due to some issues he was unable to get it.

On Friday he got a text asking him to check his mail for an important update. He reached out to them that there was nothing there.

So they were able to confirm that truly he did not receive the mail when others were getting and he got his today.

I don't know his discipline.

But Engineering has gotten. I know a handful that has and 1 of them was on my AC day. Elect/Elect Engineering.

Can confirm this is true. Happened to someone I know also. He received text to check email for next steps but there was nothing there.
