Whether a housemate would return or not, until last evening, was left to the speculations of fans. The proceedings of last evening leaves no doubt that the selection process is not rocket science.

It is obvious that invitations were sent to the top 5 housemates of each preceding season and if they refused to return for the #Allstars edition, other housemates from that particular season will be offered the slot for the season in order of their elimination during the course of their respective season.

We have Whitemoney (1st), Pere (3rd), Cross (4th), Angel(5th) from their season. It's obvious that Liquorose declined the offer.

There are Mercy Eke (1st), Frodd(3rd), Seyi( 4th), Ike (7th).
Venita was not a rated housemate she was never voted for and was brought in with Elozonam and Cindy to make the season intriguing (She could be a fake again). Mike and Diane must must have declined the offer. Mike has a child to nurture and has been domiciled in the UK for a while.

We have Ceecee (2nd), Alex (4th) from her set. Her set didn't really give 2 fvcks about living in the BBN bubble. Miracle (1st) is now a pilot with pot belly in the US. Tobi (3rd) just reached the status of elite actor with his latest AMVCA win. Nina (5th) is a mother. Last time she made the headlines she was nursing her baby with her American boyfriend. Lolu? Anto is now chubby and pursuing "corporate woman" projects. Bambam and Teddy A are married with Kids. Rico Swavey died in a car crash last year.

It is why it's easier for a relatively known housemate like Princess to make the cut from the set.

I don't know if Efe received an invite 😂. However Bisola (2nd) is a consistent actress. T-boss (3rd) is a mum.

It's why it is easier for Soma and Uriel to make it to the show again as they seem to be the only housemates from their set that are interested in showbiz.

Only Adekunle made top 5 in his set. The selection of Ilebaye and Doyin doesn't seem to follow established pattern.


Only Neo made top 5 from his set. Kiddwaya obviously had a chance easily.
