Hello Good Day all. I am just sad and not happy at all, I just dey see my being as a dream..... I just want to make my self happy.. I am not broke nor poor.....i earn not less than a million in a month and have secured and permanent job.... But I don't know why I am not happy at all....did something affect my mental health? Please psychologist in the house should advice me.....on what to make me enjoy life....most of the time when we watch movies with people, I will see them laughing and enjoying the scene.....i am just surprised and not seeing anything funny there.... Zulum:Your problem is that you are currently too comfortable with life. You have little to no challenges. I used to be just like you when I had millions that I had no use for. So I gave it all away. Now I am hustling for daily bread and my mood has improved. Do give away here for us and make someone else happy. In return you will be happy as well  |

Zulum: It sounds like you have hormonal imbalance. The human body is a chemical soup. That means we are controlled by chemicals. Start eating a lot of fruits and vegetables. And get yourself a water purifier. That is an alkaline ionizing machine. Including this in your life will make you clean,healthy and happy. Remember, the human body is a chemical soup. And also start taking vitamin d3 supplement. Take the ones with 5000 iu or 10000 iu. Especially,if you work in an office or have daily inadequate sun exposure. Zulum:I read your post how you are not happy in your marital home because of eccess issues with your wife. It could be because of the numerous conflicts with your wifey that is causing you the unhappiness. Bro, I'm passing through same thing. I've forgotten how to laugh passionately. If i laugh, I'm just doing it so that the person or people I'm with that time won't notice my sadness. But in all, try to be happy. Do things that will bring peace to your soul. God will see us through. |

Zulum: At your convenience, go to any general hospital, observe the activities of people there, take note of the sadness you find in people there, reflect on them for a while, then look at yourself, whatever meaning you get from that, keep it to heart... Finally, randomly pick any of the patient who seems to have issues with finances, sort the bill and observe the happiness in such patients or their families, even when they are in pain, then maybe you will learn how to be happy with yourself again... I know what's doing you! You're numb to life. You thought everything will be so exciting when you get here but now you're here, nothing's interesting anymore. Solution, drugs. They will make you "enjoy life more" by activating parts of your brain and mind but in the end you will lose all what you have achieved. Choose wisely! |
