No wonder Anambrans are winners cos Pandoraa Obi ruked them for 8 years yet to keep running n escaping into Lagos in various Ekene dilichukwu GIG Peace Agufore Ifesinachi Okeson GUO Young Shall Grow etc to evade the wretchedness pervading the state only to come to a state Tinubu governed though he is a bad person.

And yes Tinubu is not the reason fools from your state keep running to Lagos but I wonder why same fools can run away from the same Lagos because of Tinubu bad character but find it conducive to run away from Anambra cos of Pandoraa Obi saint character.

Workch:
ODE, we are all on the losing side. Can't you see the mess?
If Tinubu ends up fixing Nigeria, we all are winners but he can't.
Tinubu is a bad person

I tried the same line of conservation with my own ChatGPT app "Ask AI" and it came to a different conclusion. The FCT was not treated as a separate entity. The 25% requirement was applied uniformly to all the 36 States of the Federation including the FCT, that is 36 political entities. Let me quote it's summary verbatim:

"According to Section 134(2) of the 1999 Constitution of Nigeria, for a candidate to be deemed duly elected as the President of Nigeria, they must secure at least one-quarter (25%) of the votes cast in each of at least two-thirds of all the States in Nigeria, including the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja. This means that the candidate needs to obtain a minimum of 25% of the votes in a majority of the States, including the FCT, in order to be considered duly elected."

Anyone who truly has a functional grey matter enclosed within his/her skull shouldn't have to wait for chatgpt to convince them of this fact.

How does one rule a democratic and ethnically/religious/culturally diverse country as Nigeria without acceptance or getting voted for by a good percentage of citizens resident at the center that seeks/proposes to unify the individual states?

The slogan/nickname for FCT is "the center of unity" for a reason and the authors of that particular phrase in the constitution or electoral act sneaked it in there for a reason.

FCT is the melting pot of the nation and whoever seeks to Preside over the nation needs to appear to have gained a good percentage of acceptability from this "mini Nigeria" except under military rule.

The melting pot/mini Nigeria status was what attracted many to Lagos when it was still the Capital and up until today bar this special 25% status.
Keep deceiving yourself. So fct is the most important state.

Read up on the constitution and stop deceiving yourself. It is the constitution that made 25% requirement in the fct and thus making fct powerful in determining the president. Don’t be a corn eater
