These possible reasons I think Asari is raising a private army.

(1) The are preparing for election rerun.

(2) He wants to stockpile arms which will make him become more powerful.

Nigerian should stop clapping for Asari. He is a future traits. Tinubu should be careful in making Asari so powerful. It is easy to give someone gun but to take it back mmm. If you observed, from time,.Niger Delta freedom fighter only struggles against the environmental degradation of the region, am talking of the militants under MEND. They do not attack civilians or destroy prisons, release prisoners etc...they are more like a vigilante for the region.
