Trossard has incredible confidence on the ball. I also love that he makes quick decisions once he gets the ball.

My broda.. The way we handle transfers of our players is very poor but let’s see what happens. He barely got a start. I think Arteta doesn’t have him in his plans.
I think the problem with Arteta is that he’s too direct when dealing with players . He doesn’t even consider the player’s emotions and other stuff . I remember the Saliba issue back then, he made it quite obvious Saliba was as not in his plans and just couldn’t even consider making the fact known in a subtle manner .

I don’t know if they take psychology courses when taking their badge , but these coaches need to know some of the decisions they make on and off the pitch has psychological effect on the players they coach/manage

This Timber addition is another win for the club . He looks quite solid either in RB or LB

In his recent interview, Saliba said Arteta didn't talk to him when he came back.

There is no problem in choosing against having a future with a player but the manner you employ in communicating that is very important, especially for young players. Obviously, he is not sold on Balogun, which I have no qualms with, even though I wish otherwise but having him train away from the team is not a good approach. Like you said, he employed same approach with Saliba, our saving grace is that Saliba is mentally tough and really wanted to prove himself.

Arteta on Balogun not available against Barca:

He wasn’t available – he had a little foot injury, and he hasn’t been training with us, and he wasn’t available to us, that was the reason.”

Pressed further on whether Balogun still has a role to play in his plans, the Gunners boss said: “Yes, we will have to see. First of all, he has to be fit and available to play minutes
.”

Arteta on why Declan Rice and Zinny was unavailable against Barca:

Dec had quite a strong kick in training and didn’t want to take the risk, he wasn’t comfortable to train yesterday and today, and we decided not to play him. With Alex, he had a muscular injury again, unfortunately. He’s getting back - I think he’ll be back soon, but it’s a shame that he hasn’t been with us the whole tour

Na wa o... what's wrong with Zinchenko sef? Ordinary training, you dey get injury. I think Trusty should stay just in case sha.

Na wa o...it is good not to make an hasty conclusion sha. I even joined others to criticize Arteta yesterday on this Balogun's issue.

That's one of the lessons I learnt from that All or Nothing documentary. Most times we fans form opinions based on little or no information at our disposal without actually knowing the full story. Na so we roast Arteta that time thinking he was too harsh on Auba
