My vpn was on when trying to withdraw bitcoins from Remitano.com .. they locked my bitcoin and are asking for voters card and international passport .. I have none of these .. is this a scam ? Please send help

Do they have times for processing bitcoin deposits?

I'm asking cos I don't understand why bitcoins deposited will be placed on "pending" for hours before it finally drops into the wallet. Only time it doesn't happen is if one is depositing less than $180 worth.

They need to work on that, it's really annoying and frustrating. Them no dey see their mate, @ LUNO?

In having issues with remitano regards verification, initially I submitted National ID and it was rejected that its blur.
I submitted driving license and it was also rejected that it expired few days ago
Now, I am asked to make a screenshot of my bank master card, please is this how difficult it is to carrry out verification with remitano?

Remitano verification is not difficult. Just take your time and follow instructions. Take clear pictures and attach your atm card with your name on it if are using NIN slip

So far, I have been using remitano for 6yrs but with my recent experience I am quitting after spamming them as scam all over the internet. It will never be well with this remitano backend people and anyone supporting them hereafter.
So I withdrew USDT and it's 12hrs, 57min and I'm still waiting. Guess what the address you're given on Remitano is a brokage address which means it not a straightforward address it's just assign to you on display. When you're sent crypto, it goes to the address ofcourse but it's own by them and controlled by them and they decide when you get it just so they can leverage on it for the little while, This completely defeats the purpose of crypto.

I think it's important to separate problems with individual P2P traders from problems with the platform itself. When people search "Remitano scam", they often find posts like this, but it's worth reading both positive and negative experiences before deciding.
