I visited the site of the long-abandoned Enyimba Hotel Aba, a legacy project from the era of the remarkable De Sam Mbakwe. Despite years of neglect, the property's architectural allure and potential are still evident.

My aim was to access the facility's present condition and strategize for its future.

Governor Alex C. Otti also visited Ovom gully erosion site in Ogbor Hill. Finding a permanent solution to flooding and erosion across different parts of Abia State remains a priority of Governor Dr Alex Otti Administration.

If that hotel is no longer viable then it's best to just forget about it.

Besides it's cheaper to start a new structure from scratch than to renovate an already existing structure, especially one that was abandoned for so long...I'm talking from experience undecided

That area is best for for fit for a pleasure park and the Aba River near it dredged and beautified.
