When I first visited owerri in the early 2000s I was shocked at the nice layouts, I was not surprised when I learnt it was the work of Mbakwe, all the way to umuahia. A real legend I must say

This is what happens when the people's mandate is allowed to stand. I pray for Otti's success because Abians are happy now. Let him focus on people's oriented projects only. Don't go for huge ones but small projects that can be quickly completed with great impacts on people's lives. God bless Abia State.
