IRCC say my bank statement is fake because I submit normal bank statement. I went to my bank to request for mybankstatement personally for Canada embassy and family pictures and other documents I submit it on my portal. I also send the same on webform.

Please I clicked on yes that I am the representative for my kids because I’m the one applying for them and also sponsoring , is it bad or I should click no ?

Did you answer truthfully, someone asked you above but you are still withholding the information...same way you caused this for yourself.

He has not been truthful and there’s nothing he can do. Unless the agent(which he didn’t disclose from the beginning) has some magic response to this. Otherwise, he’s looking at 5yrs ban for misrepresentation

This is why I always preach against using agents. You can do this stuff yourself. All the knowledge you’d ever need is on the internet. The agent has nothing to lose but you do.

Some won’t even give you your IRCC account login details despite the outrageous money y’all paid them.

Lesson learnt the hard way.

Sorry one thing I don't understand is it because the agent didn't declared that he filled the application on behalf of someone?

Many people that seek the help of agent most time those agent didn't declared this and they got approved.

I think IRCC smell something fishy on the application maybe the agent just filled the application with false info and the applicant as already has information with IRCC before.

Or

The document that the agent used for you as been used many times for other applicants

He didn’t declare or rather the agent did not declare he is an agent when filling application. That’s one.

They also discovered the documents he submitted has been used by someone else.

Reply and tell them you didnt know that the representative did not declare when filling your form and also download the representative form and tell your agent to fill it . Also apologise for the error and pray for favour. It is well!!!

On the tracker..it says this and I got these 2 messages the same day I submitted my passport. And the message on the tracker hasn't changed for over 1 week.

You don't need to fill any form again since you have provided info when you declared representative.
