So Tinubu released 28 names last Thursday, 1 day before the deadline but hasn't bothered with the rest. Deadline has now passed. 42 names were expected.

Hasn't he basically tricked the system by only releasing 66.7% of the list. Is this allowed by the constitution? If so then can a future President release the name of just one minister before the deadline and then pull a Buhari with the rest?

PS: Also what's the point of screening ministers before knowing which ministerial position they will be taking?

Exactly.it wasn't his fault.tbose pending states refused to harmonize and send their names on time
