Monthly or daily allowances? Like most armchair football analysts do from afar, this man was always suggesting to Buhari how to do it via articles and lectures, today he is there and seem lost on what to do and how to go about it. Same man who asked Buhari to take 50 million(later corrected to 50 thousand) soldiers can't grant the present ones a 10% increase. Yet he was suggesting nothing less than a 50% increase in recurrent expense to Buhari. Isn't it clear we have confused clowns at the top of the society in this part of the world? |
