I’m currently in a dilemma as the sim I use for all my transactions suddenly stopped working. Now, I’m trying to retrieve it but I’ve been unable to.
Going to the main office this afternoon, I was informed that my sim was linked to the nin of someone(I’m suspecting I linked it with that of a sibling when I was unable to use mine some months ago.
Please what can I do about this as it’s linked with all my crypto wallet and I’m currently unable to withdraw some money from my roqqu account because of this.

Initially you were doing ITK, when they were doing nin registration...
To circumvent the stress of long queue, u decided to use another adult (18+) nin to link your simcard...
So from the portal, it shows you aren't the owner of the SIM...
Just buy another SIM and register it with YOUR OWN NIN

it is functional sir,I use it to update my bio and it was link to my driver license.

it work well,immediately he said that I log in to my own. Under resources options, it has privacy hub,my dependant, integrity index & static. There is quick actions too, show my I'd,get virtual NIN,scan I'd, LINKED numbers, print NIN slip,view credit & security pin options. He should download the latest update and simply enter NIN number

Simply do a sim swap and then input the correct NIN.
