May be your react to okanwa which they use in almost all the three. Potash

It's simply because Enjoyment is not for you .... Maybe your system is used to poverty ....


But on a serious note it might be an allergy that your system is reacting to.....

It might be the potash (akanwu). My mum uses what we call "ntu ngor" it doesn't disturb the stomach.

Definitely the palm oil and spices...!

You see that Abacha... That's a sure way to get food poisoning (bacterial gut infection) if your system doesn't have enough protective flora (gut bacteria).

Recently, I also noticed that I have diarrhea throughout the next 24hrs after eating ẹfọ riro (yoruba vegetable soup) or whenever I drink kunun aya (a Hausa drink made of tiger nuts, honey, coconut and dates).

What I do is I only eat those foods whenever I'm sure that I'll be home for the next 24hrs.

Was not prepared in a hygienic way

Your body is rejecting the food. Simply stop eating them.

too much pepper can cause some people your experience, also too much use of artificial sweeteners containing msg can cause discomfort

I usually don't comment on this kind of topic. But please and please run away from those Nkwobi and abacha. That's a recipe for kidney failure. And for you to be purging shows your kidney is not happy each time you eat it.

Because of the potash

any time i eat moimoi or beans, i do have runny stomach. the best way to avoid it is by taking flagyl immediately after the meal

Sometimes is purges me, sometimes it doesn't, I really don't know how

Every stomach is different so you need to figure your stomach out. Find out what it is you react to by varying the content of your recipe. Another way is to work on building your stomach through the use of probiotics .e.g. Yogurt. By imbibing them you sort of fortify your stomach.

Akanwu aka potash is responsible.

It is used in making the sauce.

Also, if you eat beans cooked with it, you'll purge.

It's the black pepper... No fear e dey do me so anytime I wanna eat abacha I tell them to reduce the pepper

Someone once told me having enough bitter leaf in it prevents purging.

After eating out yesterday.i noticed my body changed after 3 hrs. Now imbhaving fever,headache,cough.i managed to baff warm water about an hour ago. See as fever just weak me. Na coke and biscuit I get strength eat.u can imagine.

It's simply the potash. Your system reacts to it.
You can always use flagyl immediately you done eating it.
