I predicted this won't hit 1 billion like super Mario bros so I better own my L now. 😢😢😭. The pace at which this movie is moving is amazing hopefully we'll soon see other Martel characters as time goes on. Congrats to Greta for her latest milestone.

The Flash-

It is not as bad as people made it out to be. I actually enjoyed it and even learned a few things sef. The movie is very entertaining and the climatic supermarket scene brought tears to my eyes.

Lesson: take people's movie criticisms with a pinch of salt until you watch those movies and form an opinion.

As a "moon landing" enthusiast, this might be the best i have seen yet. Damien Chazelle, Ryan Gosling and Justin Hurwitz combo is always magic. so so top tier stuff.🌟

It isn't as bad as people make it out to be but all things considered, it wasn't a "good movie" either. The general consensus can't all be wrong on this one, and there is a reason it's the worst superhero flick commercially in recent history. The said entertainment literally stopped in like the first quarter, and from their it was a drag from dodgy CGI to an upheaval plot. CBM rides on good replay value and this was next to zero, saw it the first week it came out and i haven't had the slightest nudge to revisit it.

Lesson: take people's movie criticisms with a pinch of salt until you watch those movies and form an opinion.


Why i am all for this point, but more often than not when the general criticism of a movie is negative, chances are the movie is bad bad.

Top tier stuff indeed. The goat for me was Ryan Gosling. I never knew Armstrong, but I'm 100% sure Gosling portrayed him to perfection. The emotions, expressions damn! Method acting at it's finest.

The cinematography was on another level, the music score, the symphony to be precise was rhythmic and euphonious. The story, the sequence with which it was told was perfect......The movie is what i call perfection, it's up there with Gravity & The Martian.

You hit the nail on the head my G.... For me, the Flash movie trailers were actually better than the actual movie itself no kidding.

Mehn, the speed at which the film hit $1bn is really shocking for me even tho I was very optimistic. A Billie in just over two weeks is bonkers.

It's also actually funny how 2023's highest grossing film would be a WOKE movie. grin grin

There is always that very tiny minority that enjoys every aspect of a movie despite the overwhelming majority who didn't.😁😁😁

Of course, there are glaring plot holes and the CGI bordered on cartoonish (it was quite unimpressive, to put it mildly) but beneath all the chaotic action was a lesson. I agree that the lesson is nothing new, but still yet, I don't mind being reminded every once in a while.
