They are your allergies. Just stay away from it. There's little or nothing you can do about it.

Everytime I take Atama soup, it worries me. I vomit everything in my stomach except the intestines. I thought it was the way it's being prepared until I travelled around the world and still 5he same thing happening everywhere I go.

LOL. moimoi is not something i eat everyday and i dont take the drug everyday. i only take it when i eat it. so, no cause for alarm

I will suggest you drink small stout or medium stout along with it or immediately you notice you are purging. Another alternative to stout is taking to spoons of palm oil.

Please let me know if any works for you.

1. Nkwobi is not to be consumed daily or often just like you wouldn't certain types of food.
2. If you eat out, tell them they don't HV to mkbit toooo sweet...fair is ok, not too much of certain ingredients.
3. Tell them to take it easy on that "kanwu"
4. Mind what else (liquid/drink you top it with...)

When mixed with certain agents including spices and pepper, palm oil has been proven to have laxative (purging) effect on specific individuals.

Personally, beans with palm oil and pepper loosens my tummy, even if I have terrible constipation.
