I think she did but was just confused or probably liked the attention. Only Nengi knows. At the beginning, Ozo was close to Dora however he said he was attracted to Nengi thus indicated interest in her. After Ozo indicated interest in her, she started chasing after Ozo and other guys (or should I say flirting with these guys). Then Ozo later got attached to her while she continued to flirt with the other guys. She didn't blackmail anyone to be with her tho. In fact, she didn't accept the guys who indicated interests in her but later turned them down (Ozo and Prince). She would have probably turned down Kidd if he asked her out too.

However, She continued to flirt with these guys (Prince removed himself from the flirting equation after she turned him down). She was also a bit possessive over Ozo at times, considering she didn't like seeing Ozo with Dora (which probably didn't help Ozo at times, considering his attachment) however she didn't blackmail/malign Dora's character or Ozo's. She was an unproblematic lady who loved flirting. Only Nengi knows if she liked Ozo.
