Segedinho:It's annoying because they did not need to rush and now look like complete Muppets. Even a mannequin like Buhari was smart enough to not chook mouth in Guinea, Burkina Faso and Mali. Maybe na espirit de corps of former coupists but for me peace is always more important than the color of the outfit of who's in power. There are numerous countries with civil rule and atrocious human rights record. Senegal, Kenya, Cameroon even Nigeria are countries that shut down their internet at the drop of a dime Can you imagine if countries were bombarding us while Abacha and IBB were playing hot potato with power? What state would Nigeria be in What's worse. Hundreds of people, farmers are getting slaughtered every other week in the North central. I've never heard that yeye man one day hold any emergency meeting about that. It's Niger we are carrying like gala |

Melvyn11:Algeria is against them from the North, Naija from the South and Chad from the East. Benin will have to supply them but Benin sef go follow ECOWAS. It won't be long before they descend into civil war, I'm sure other tribes are plotting, and the Arabs will also sponsor one or two. How this situation escalated so quickly shows that these guys are the Abacha breed of military men with nothing upstairs. In just one week, they have completely closed all diplomatic corridors and the sanctions have already reached promax levels on all sides. See the way they even treated Sultan of Sokoto and Abdulsalami. Such temperament in power can only be suicidal for them. |

Ibime:Algeria are not invading. They said resolve it without war or crisis. Besides Burkina and Mali are bordering them on the West and stand by them so everything is moot. Diffa Arab is less than 2% of Niger. That battle will not end well |

OkpaNsukkaisBae:Bruh. I tire oh. You close border, cut electricity. Which diplomacy is that one? |

A40:But you were suggesting sanctions the other day? Dem close border, cut light, and you still dey find diplomacy inside. Pick a side! |

aieromon:Nigerian politicians sha . I remember Keyamo mentioning they paid 40 billion for the 774,000 jobs in the 774 LGA’s in Nigeria was what led to him accusing the lawmakers and they accusing him in return . I wonder if anyone here knows just one person who got the Keyamo job empowerment out of the 1,000 people selected in their LGA . Keyamo self helped himself to the largesse under the non-living thing president Buhari . |
| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by Ibime(m): 9:39pm On Aug 07, 2023 |
A40:Algeria won't invade but may close border, besides you have natural barrier of Sahara approaching from Algeria and Libya side. If Chad, Nigeria and Benin close border is it landlocked Burkina they will get supplies from? Anything coming from Mali or Burkina is coming a long way and travelling through hazardous territory even those Governments are not fully in control of. |
| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by A40(m): 9:43pm On Aug 07, 2023 |
izzou:Yes when diplomacy fails. Emphasis on suggestion not demand. I've been pretty clear. I don't want any type of military invasion. Not a single shot fired. Even if we don't sanction them I do not care. Secure your country and leave those niggas alone. That's my #1 priority If South Korea can find a way to coexist with the North no matter how tenuous that can be I don't see what is it about Niger that we need to kick in the door waving the FoFo |

Ibime:If this will make them rethink even if it last for 1 year....it is way better and more sensible.. |
| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by A40(m): 9:50pm On Aug 07, 2023 |
Ibime:That's even fair if they want to close their border. Traffic from Agadez to all those places are minimal anyway. They will be worst hit by Nigeria and this is why I found the whole instant need to invade the country so bizarre when we could just play the long game and maybe they would not have had to close their airspace as well. If they block River Niger from flowing that's almost 20% of Nigeria power supply I don't understand why everyone is pretending the entire West African region has not been in chaos for sometime now. What's this sudden girigiri everyone is running. Has Chad not been fighting one civil war or the other all this time? Where has the stability been? Nigeria that want to invade person nko. Is our house in order? Is it not same Niger that is housing our refugees |

| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by A40(m): 10:00pm On Aug 07, 2023 |
OkpaNsukkaisBae:Exactly. Relative peace and stability should always be the aim. Russia and US/EU that are sanctioning and counter sanctioning and using puppets to fight their never ending war you think they are stupid abi? If we like make we be their useful eediot. When thousands and tens of thousands of people don die they will carry their equipment to another theater to continue their game leaving your country in rubble If you must fight let it be over your direct problem not manufactured problem other people dey carry give you |

"The Gift" is a fascinating and intriguing TV series. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qXE7MkPXicM One key reason why I love it is that it explains the notion of parallel universes. This is an area of research in Theoretical Physics I find exciting. This movie and "Dark" are the most exciting series I've seen so far this year, especially because they contain scenes demonstrating research areas I've been working on. The notion is that any living system exists infinitely in infinitely possible forms in different realms or universes, which are infinite in number and existing all at once independently of one another. Everyone exists in these realms at the same time. In any space around us are multiple realms in existence. We sometimes become aware of these parallel realms accidentally in dreams when our heartbeats vibrate out of the bandwidth of earthly frequencies and shift into the natural frequencies of another realm, connecting us with that realm via coherence of waves. Even people that we think are dead are simply existing on other realms where their consciousness is hosted on a different bandwidth other than that of our current realm on planet Earth, where they've a new form or their old form, and when our heartbeat vibrates accidentally at a frequency of such realms, we connect with such dead people in what appears to us as lucid dreams. I developed new physics to explain these ideas in recently published papers. These could become huge topics in the near future with a lot of interesting applications. Time is an illusion and a mental construct: The past, present, and future exist all at once as a block. |

A001:Have you seen Everything Everywhere All At Once? It's the most apt adaptation of the multiverse for me yet. I'll give Gift a watch. Enjoyed Dark too. Interesting take on reality and the time-space continuum. I think Morgan Freeman said something about this in Lucy: Time is the only true unit of measure. It gives proof to the existence of matter. Our body cells only have purpose because they move through time. So, without time, we wouldn't exist. |

larride:His son ? I thought it was Tunji Adeleke the son of late Isiaka Adeleke that was appointed to head some local government something in July . I just don’t understand why a governor will go ahead to appoint his own blood relation to occupy a post in his own government . As far as I’m concerned it makes no sense and should not be encouraged at all. I remember when Akeredolu did same in Ondo, people were falling over themselves defending rubbish and even asking foolish questions that : “ why must his son be denied an appointment in government if he is duly qualified for it ?” . Some were even using Trump as an example . Now see Adeleke doing the same rubbish . We all know most people in government are there to chop money, so it’s enough for one person in ur household to be chopping government money . It’s greed that would make u still go ahead and nominate a family member again to chop from that same government . |
| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by larride(m): 4:56am On Aug 08, 2023 |
BlueRayDick:Yes. Its Isiaka son. That's the 8th Adeleke that Ademola is appointing to his government. Nigerian politicians are peculiar people but then they know that majority of us are hypocrites. Those that will criticize one for something will look away when their favorite does it. Some are saying there's no problem with it as long as they are "qualified". As per na only them dey qualified. ![]() |

larride:Some people will even bring Trump out as example of a leader in “saner clime” who appointed his relatives to government position. They forget how peculiar we are in this part of the world where the father is king and wants his children’s children to remain king years long after he’s gone |

Leyqute:I haven't seen "Everything Everywhere All At Once". I just heard of it for the first time from you. I'd check it out later. I've seen "Lucy" some years ago, and I was a religious zealot at that time and naive, so I didn't really appreciate it. It was when I became an agnostic years later after reading lots of books and rewatched it that I really understood it deeply. Time is an illusion. It's not real. Those higher beings you, religious people, worship as God understand this deeply and are multidimensional travelers, meaning they travel through space-time naturally in any directions they choose, but we lower beings can only travel through time in one direction and ignorantly think time is linear. But it's not linear and doesn't really exist. It's more correct to say that without space-time, we won't have a physical kind of existence. The physical kind of existence is an illusion. At its core, all that exists is just energy and consciousness, or simply Nothing, but the brain tricks us to see all sorts of shapes and forms, which are mere illusions or mental pictures. The higher beings people worship as God don't have such limitations and see reality for what it's truly is: energy and consciousness. We're energy and consciousness existing in all possible forms infinitely in all possible universes everywhere at once, but because of the illusion called time, we think we're only existing in our current realm. When most see themselves in dreams doing all sorts of things, they won't know they're seeing their other forms in other realms existing simultaneously with their present form, yet those whose consciousness has evolved are aware of their several other forms of existence. For instance, at this moment, some people might have died somewhere on Earth, but they're not really dead. Their consciousness has only gone on a journey into another realm which vibrates on different frequency bandwidth from that of our current realm. But even before now, they're already existing in those other realms that they just became aware of when they died here. The principles that underlie death, which is a phase transition or translation of consciousness, are coherence, superposition and interference of waves. It's the same principles that will make some people experience realms they call heavens or hells, which are worlds the god they worship created. If a person believes in heaven or hell, they'd experience one of them after death. It's one's beliefs that determine one's realities. What you religious people call the spiritual realms actually exist but most don't understand these realms and give them all sorts of wrong interpretations. Reality is multilayered existing at multiple levels. There are physical realms or worlds (for instance, Earth) and non-physical realms, which the religious call spiritual. Non-physical realms exist below the Planck scale, and space-time and gravity do not have any meaning in these realms. All things happen all at once. These are dimensions of nature hidden from most humans. The tiny percentage that are aware of them are what religious people call gods, seers, prophets, MOGs. A few pastors also know them and get visions from them, and the naive praise them thinking it's Jesus at work. But it's just nature as some humans see farther and deeper than others. The average human won't know why some names can never die on this planet. Ifa, Orunmila, Jesus, many scientists and philosophers: these names won't die on Earth for a long time. These are humans with rare gifts that allowed them to tap into the hidden dimensions of nature. These hidden dimensions are inner worlds existing within our brains, existing beyond what physicists call singularity at the very edge of space-time. But only a tiny percentage of humans can tap into these dimensions and still lead a normal life here. |
