Breaking News.....

The Federal High Court Judge, Justice Abubakar Umar who had earlier issued order to INEC on iREV transmission during the 2023 election has delivered his final judgment. Justice Umar held that INEC has been fully backed by the constitution to determine how it operates including how it transmits or transfers election results to the collation centre.

This is not the issue. The real issues are

-Why did INEC lied to Nigeria to acquire #350B of taxpayers funds for a technology that will enhance of electronic transmission of election results only for it to ditch same for manual collation thereby giving rise to manipulation.

-Why will INEC serve or IREV suffered "glitch" only in the presidential election that was conducted the same day as the senate and HORS that went on smoothly.

-Why did the INEC IREV have blurred results, imagine of non-technical staff being uploaded as election results in a serious national exercise like the presidential election yet INEC declared a fraudulent man as president select @ 4am?

-Why has INEC been shamelessly embarrassing itself by rejecting its own duly certified results being used in the electoral disputes as regards same elections conducted by it?

Yes!

But ask yourself, can INEC decide to adopt a mode that is not provided for by the law?

Court said INEC can decide how they transmit results but that is not express permission for illegality.

Whatever they are adopting must be according to the provision of the constitution and the Electoral Act.

Get these things into your head.

INEC has the right to determine the way it wants to transmit results, and chose to use IREV for verification through the BVAS. After that, INEC put it in its manual that it has chosen to use IREV to verify results. Travelled to London and that using the BVAS/IREV is chosen.

So, no one is arguing that INEC does not have the right to choose how to transmit its results. We are pointing out that INEC chose a process and decided to change it during the election, which marred the process.

Simple English.

Exactly, and INEC stipulated expressly that its mode of transmission would be electronic, in fact it said in real time. The interpretation of this judgement is that INEC is wrong to have not followed its guidelines. You agbadorians think you can cheat 200 million people and go scot free? cheesy cheesy

Excellent ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿฝ

The constitution gave INEC power to choose mode of transmission. The question is what mode did INEC choose?

When we compare all the elections held so far, from Osun to Presidential/NASS to governorship/HOA what mode was adopted?

We discover that BVAS/IREV was used for verification for all except for the presidential election. That's the crux of the matter. Why did IREV fail during the presidential when INEC chose it for transmission?

Stop fidgeting. If I ask you which question you will start crying and calling mods. ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚

Peter has brought all the tools needed by the tribunal to make a decision.

Peter simply said the elections was flawed due to INEC criminally issuing blurred CTCs of results. INEC has absolutely nothing to verify how they announced the winner.

The Tribunal has a decision to make, either to declare a rerun or simply depend on the 10000 agent copies given to them by LP to determine the winner.

In either case Tinubu will be disqualified. He is a criminal and his nomination is invalid.

Speech from INEC president is not the law. He can say theyโ€™ll transmit this way and on Election Day, if the server is down or with some glitches, they can default back to other mode. That is why the law give them power.

Look at it critically, if on Election Day in Abia for example, something happened and the network was jammed and the election officials were not able to transmit result on IREV. Do you mean to say INEC should automatically disqualify all Abia state voters ?

So if in Borno, all electoral officers were able to transmit result sheet to IREv on Election Day, then we automatically record Borno vote but invalidate Abia votes because of some issues with server? Does that make sense?

If Peter Obi legal team cannot proof their case of winning with the actual result sheet signed by their agents on Election Day, then they are just liars who lost elections and just playing on Obidients intelligence.

INEC chose to use both. One as a verification for the other to avoid election manipulation. But the criminal INEC chairman switched off the server of the presidential to allow Tinubu to rewrite results. The planned heist was a failure and they have been exposed. Both criminals will rot in jail.

I recall why APC was rushing to court to prevent INEC from choosing electronic transmission. APC is a criminal party.

It's not about any speech, it's about what is in their guidelines. When the server was down, the sensible thing to do is to cancel the election and order a repeat.

Besides there was no glitch. It's all cooked up by the criminal INEC chairman. Till today they have not told us what was the glitch and what caused it.
