The road leads to highly populated urban settlement.

It needs urgent attention.
Lol, Charles Seweigbo should go and learn from Otti. Dude was just fool of hot air and long epistles. He attacked Peter Obi who did great works in Anambra now look at him! I like what Obi told him in his response. He said, "I'm only a trader and he is a professor, so he has done all he could as a trader and expects the professor to do much better"

BTW, middle class neighborhoods in Onitsha looks so decent and relatively wealthy but average neighborhoods in Ibadan or any SW city is usually slums with derelict houses. Yet they keep deceiving themselves they're not far poorer than Igbos.

If they add elevator to the building, I hope you won't cry if the landlord tells you that rent is 10 million naira per year for a flat.

Why should climbing stairs of a 5 story building be a burden?

Do you know that you need 24 hours power supply for the elevator?
Lack of electricity is the basic reason why high-rise buildings hasn't filled SE cities. It won't be viable building houses with lifts without 24/7 constant electricity. But once Geometric comes up in Aba, I expect high-rise buildings to start emerging in the city.

What exactly as Alex Otti accomplished aside propaganda. No be same Alex Otti de lament say Abian de put waste all over Abia not knowing his job is to clean up the waste.

Penguin2:
Don’t bring that nonsense talk to this place.

This is Anambra and not Lagos, so don’t tell us how to handle our leaders.

You can see we are not hypocrites who only lament about Lagos but leave our own governors to do rubbish without calling them out too.

Everything Alex Otti is in Abia State now, is what people thought Soludo would in Abia.

But the idiot came and left governance and chose petty politics instead.

The way he will lose second tenure eh…

Make I no talk sha!

Lol, dem get pride and useless past glory thingy.the only good place they can boast of is lagos and few estates and empty GRAs in their states.

We're only begging our government for good roads, drainage and waste management...then watch the magic that follows.

The high rises in obosi not even awka or onitsha

Truly Anambra is blessed
The only place you'd see concentration of high building in Awka is ifite and maybe okpuno...Awka city centre is majorly, duplexes, family houses and 1 or 2 storey buildings.
