U speak only English, please how does one get to study for English certification on the platform?

I only need the certificate to prove I can understand English .

Hints:
On the platform, it Seems I need to be able to understand other languages E.g french to be able to do English to get the certificate

I just Need the certificate as prove I understand English.

If you studied in a Nigerian Higher Institution (University), you should be able to apply for it in your school. Doesn't matter if you graduated or not.. You can apply for a Letter of English Proficiency or EPL as other people call you.

But if you only studied till the secondary level and you did your Waec, i think you have two options here.. Either go to your High school or you go to the ministry of education and ask for a letter that shows that you studied in English throughout your secondary/High school .
Make sure you go according to the specifics of the language requirement. Sometimes, they say something like C1 level.. just make sure it is state in your letter that English is your mother tongue.

If this doesnt help, You may have to write TOEFL or IELTS.
