As previously stated, the range is playing out all the way from the W1, though out of range already on D1. Better to stay aside, but because she is out of range on H4, though volatility is low; I entered this trade from D1 (though out of range, low volatility). Trade went -79.0 pips (but I had zero worries) cos I already expected that, now at -30pips.

My main goal is to see the H4 volatility giving D1 its volatility.

The moment you start panicking when trade is already triggered, it means your risk/money management needs a touch.

I blame myself because I didn't follow my rules squarly, I also blame eight cap broker for their nonsense candles. It's no excuse but when a trade gets stopped and moves in ur direction in more than 10 trades, its the broker and not the trader. Who blames d broker more than the losing trader? Profitable traders who know that the brokers are after their earned dollars. Or na me no dey set stoploss right. Anyhow sha. Maybe I lack patience

I lacked patience, maybe because I got frustrated by the broker but I suppose maintain my cool since I know the brokers are after my money. Soon, man will get these pay checks steadily.

indeed the storm was huge.. all effort to navigate through the storm proved abortive.. but I'm glad i didn't lose the account through daily DD like I do in the past. this time around it was lost through Max DD-which I consider a step In the right direction.

So sorry about this bro.

Your risk management needs overhauling, not tweaking. Good risk management must be the basic requirement for entering any trade at all.

More importantly, it is clear that you need to review your strategy. I also had to overhaul mine. The brokers are in different time zones, have different spreads, different sources of feed and of course, their "few pips manipulation" every now and then.

However, these are not enough to make you consistently lose trades. If anything, making allowance for these "knowns" should keep you afloat if your strategy is top-notch and your risk management is optimal.

Take your time to review other comments as well, because therein lies your springboard.

...it should be a short dip, just to fill imbalances. Except the structure in M5 changes, the bullish rally from 1924-1926 to 1954 is still valid. Afterwards, the H4 dip can begin to even 1774.
