All the billions Nigeria have, is it not for servicing the big boys? All they know is to buy the latest SUV, lodge in expensive hotels, go on unnecessary foreign trips with a lot delegates, waste money on commissioning of white elephant projects and so on.
How has the citizens benefited from a rich country?
