Two Ladies were captured in a viral Video being Flogged by a group of young men for their involvement in some community related theft cases. This took place in Ecuador.

They were accosted by the men and taken to a building where they were flogged with leather belts for their actions.

They were seen begging for mercy from the young men and were later allowed to run away from the scene of the punishment.
