Any food that I like gives me great comfort.

I am too selective with food.
Thus, I don't eat anyhow.

But anyone that are not in the list of the “foods that I don't like”, then I eat with so much relish and joy.

Yes, in a big pot of soup, after cooking it,
Put it in covered plastic plates, and in the fridge to last me for 2weeks , Ogbono soup, Egusi, afang, Oha, ofe nsala, vegetable soup, tomatoes soup, groundnut soup etc are all my favorite soups and l can prepare them as well
It is stressful to cook all the time
