Seyi registered as outdoor practitioner with Lagos Advert Agency just like other outdoor practitioners.Infact,he went through the rigorous process of documentation before he became a registered outdoor practitioner and he pays the bill attributable to the approved sites.Should they deny him the opportunity to have a site when his outdoor company is qualified? Always do your investigation before you lie to Nigerians.
