floret23:I expected you to decode that fast. When he invested in beers, youth started getting drunk, then lost their senses and started joining Ipob/esn to cause insecurity in Anambra. Ipob/esn comes out in the night to drink at bar joints and spy, and then goes back to camp in the bush to plan another attack or how to enforce sit at home. You can't have beer as major investment in the state and you won't negative reparcurssion thereafter.
