This is my concern too...
To be honest, nobody knew that Soludo is this maniacal.
He hadn't even settled into the office he was elected when he started scheming to (in his wildest delusion) become president of Nigeria from South east.

The fact that some here are comparing him with Peter Obi is laughable.
Contrasting with Soludo, Peter Obi NEVER in his 8 years of governing Anambra state give any sign or indication that he had presidential ambitions.
In fact Peter Obi was so humble that it was other governors that dragged him out to become governors chairman at some point.

It was his humility and focus on financial prudence in Anambra that endeared him to Jonathan who added him to his economic advisers.
That is why when Peter Obi says "go and verify", nobody has ever been able to call him out on any wrongs while in office as governor.

But this Soludo guy eh, so far, the only thing every Anambra person knows about him (so far) is that he is a TAX maniac.
Nothing going on but taxation and agbero hounding people up and down.

He better watch it.

My worry is that the mandate thief in Aso rock, if he is allowed to stay there, would create the type of Machiavellian political environment that politicians would no longer need to get popular votes before being declared as winners.

What some hate-filled and tribalistic Nigerians are farming in the mandate thief would make it IMPOSSIBLE for Nigeria to make a turn around without either a military coup or a major civil war.
