Supprisinng thing is that these officials are mostly what we call government pikin, people that have not worked out money in their lives, that have not eg driven a bus, buy fuel, run maintainance, carry passangers and see little profit at the end of the day. Someone that has not made and handled his personal money then becomes a LG chairman with a budget of 2billion. First thing is to buy 2 units of 250m lexus and 2 hilux at oluwole price of 150m each.
