I don't know if this works completely here, but I feel people who are alleging tribal bias in the jury are attributing to malice ( deeply malignant tribal prejudice) what can be adequately explained by stupidity (benign, mundane, everyday prejudice).

More seriously though, there is a clear problem with the jury system. Perhaps not with the idea itself but with the organizers choice of members of the jury. Here are three simple ways of improving it:

* First don't select previous bbn housemates as members of the jury. Instead select celebrity figures from the wider society. This will greatly eliminate the possibility of nepotism.

* Next, the members of the jury should be varied in composition. The principle of dissimilarity should be respected.

* Finally they should ensure the members of the jury are people that are actually following the show.



But whatever the case: biggies house, biggies rules, biggies jury.
