Almost 4 years now that I finished school, I've never presented my certificate for work. Na my brain and hand work I dey use chop. Wetin concern me with dichotomy.

Jokes! You wanna comver your HND to BSc and you're gonna pay in dollars? Process fee of 100 dollars at 957 per $1 ? Nigeria don't recognize online studies. I will never advice anyone to do it. I got both the two certificates. Entered Futminna through DE using my HND. Well, it was worth it at the end though, because I know my earnings now. The worse mistake one could make is to do an HND program.

I had ND & HND in Estate Management, I have to also obtain B.Sc. (Ed) Economics because of discrimination, make one small boy no come oppress him papa.

ND,HND,B.Sc,M.Sc and co what is the essence of all these qualifications when we cannot get a befitting job in this country

The website sef na wash. No programs provided to see programs available for top up. Apart from the ones from the parent polytechnic.
I'm saying because so many courses are not being studied online. Like Engineering and some science courses

This is very disappointing, especially as it it coming from polytechnic education regulator.

It is a sign and admittance of their failure to do a good job as a regulator. The DG or Executive Secretary (or as the title of the head is called) should be ashamed of himself for accepting this program (not to talk of advertising it), instead of ensuring the abolishing of HND, BSc dicothomy.

A serious HND graduate would not go for this top-up graduate. I am one of the graduates and will never subscribe for any top-up degree.

What's top up is just like what is done in the UK with HND when you go to the UK u will do a top for just 9months you are done.
In Nigeria if you have HND,PGD,Masters Degree and PhD in our University you will still be discriminate against, it is better to have Bachelor Degree than HND.
One of my friend working in the Bank with HND as internal controller just completed his Degree at National Open university were he started from 200 Level could you believed that after obtaining a Degree. He had an offer from another bank with his Degree the salary was wow.
I am have HND Mechanical Engineering because of discrimination I have to do a Degree in Physics, presently I want to start a Masters Degree in Instrumentation and Control Engineering

Congrats bro but going for an HND isn't n will never be d worst mistake because BSc/BEng/HND are designed for different purposes. It's quite unfortunate we are as a country! I am a polytechnic graduate (HND Electrical) and had no reason to regret by the grace of the Almighty God. Just try and b good in your field bro! I don't know of mgt courses with HND ooooo but Engineering, Oluwa in involved

Not true in the industry unless you want to go for lecturing in Nigeria University.

No matter the conversion, if it is not B.Sc, it is not. Stop unnecessary spending of your money. As far as Nigerian Government is concern, there will still be that discrimination to ascertain seniority.
