What a lot of steaming hot rubbish! To begin with, Tinubu doesn't need to file any special motions for US privacy laws to cover his records. No reputable US university would ever do such a thing even for the most ordinary private citizen, let alone someone of his extremely high profile - they'd be asking to be sued into oblivion.

The next thing to keep in mind is that Nigeria and the USA are independent sovereign nations, and their courts have no judicial rights over each other, nor can citizens of one country file a lawsuit in the other country over matters which have nothing to do with the country's native laws. There is no law in America against anyone of any educational status running for office, and neither Tinubu nor Atiku are American citizens, so on what grounds would an American court take this case?

Finally there's the small matter of Tinubu's political office to consider: as the current President of Nigeria, he is automatically covered by diplomatic immunity laws, the same laws that prevent the arrest of foreign diplomats even when they've committed crimes like speeding, fraud or even manslaughter (see the UK's failed attempts to extradite Anna Sacoolas).
