Woke up today and found my samsung s10 plus front glass cracked, the phone never for once dropped from my hand its very shocking.. Please what could make the screen to Crack on its own?

Good day guys, I helped my dad factory reset his phone this morning and since then I've been unable to connect to the internet both via Wi-Fi and sim card. Please what could be the problem, I have attached a screenshot of the response I get the phone is Samsung galaxy A10s. I would appreciate any help, thanks.

Remove sim. Connect with fast wifi. If it persists reset phone again and retry.

Thank you. I have done all that. The initial problem was that the wi-fi was not connecting, that was the reason for the factory resetting. I have reset the phone again and still the same issue.

Check Internet settings, leave proxy blank, if persist, change network. But I hope you can browse other services apart from update

Hi, anyone.

I have a S10e that I bought US used earlier in the year, snapdragon version and the phone is working fine with no issues. Problem is that it has a bootloader that I can't unlock to root and I definitely would like to root my device.

If you have the same version of the phone that has a bootloader that can be unlocked, be it snapdragon or exynos (the former preferably), I would like to make a swap. Also, if you have other S10 or Pixel 4 varieties that can also be unlocked, I can add a little token on my phone.
