Most people who have H. Pylori don't have ulcers.
That is by far the vast majority
A more logical hypothesis is a transient compromise in immunity by unknown mechanism in most cases or by stressors such as smoking NSAIDS etc. Emphasis on UNKNOWN


The idea that not eating breakfast is enough to trigger ulcer is an attractive hypothesis

The question is how does one design or conduct a study to prove it?
