Guys, I am based in Eket. I met a lady in a Bus while travelling and she dressed like a muslim (with Hijab).
Anyway, I later got to know that she's a Christian attends the Yahweh Redima movement. I liked the idea of going to a Church with ladies covering their body so I went for enquiry today In order to attend Sunday service.

After much scruntiny from close neighbour within the Church proximity, I learnt plenty about them but don't know if its true.

I heard their men are not allowed to shave their beards. The men only wear plain coloured clothes while women wear hijab. They don't eat salt and unions even tomatoes.

Pls, who has any genuine info about them. Are they a cult group?

Yeah, literally, you are right but most are lenient with their members while some have intense restriction and rules that scare plenty away except you have strong motive like looking for prosperity charms or artificial security etc. You can't compare Catholic with AMOK or Redeem with Eckankar.

Tell me what makes the churches in the two groups you mentioned different?

Amorc hasn't done half the atrocities the Roman Catholic has committed.

Neither has eckankar done half of what redeem has done in brainwashing and systemically robbing their sheeple.
