10% for a price, why didn't I know this earlier... It took me few days to make 12% on the trading competition but, after seeing the position on table, I said I'm going hard or go home... max everything and burnt the account.
Each time I add 1% to my balance the 100th placed add more, like what are they all trading that I'm not? Lesson learned.

I used a minimum of 1 and a max of 5 (outrageous). Gold was the sweetest but, swap fees ate my gold. If commission and those whatever fees wasn't there, that account would be up by at least 5% this week. (Started Wednesday evening)

MT5 demo is a crazy thing... I made profits and cleared the app data again and again... till I said, I am experimenting this with a prop firm.
It was fine in competition demo account.

My first time though... I noticed "slippage, swap fees and commission" eating up my work, I was thinking it was a glitch. My entry points weren't bad, didn't see those three dudes earlier. Not bad, I've seen them now.

I did everything on my own and thanks @infofirst for the "scammer" info, truth been told - if you are profitable, it is difficult to run someone else account. (My experience trying to help my siblings in the competition +3%, +12% and +1%). You will get tired. In fact you would prefer to be profitable in yours than in someone else's account. Sometimes you want to rest, you don't want to talk n all that.

Never short trade for quick profits, commission ate it all. I thought the balance was not updating properly.

Before getting this account, I planned the trading pattern properly...
I got hit by

also trading minor pairs will mostly get you frustrated cos of large spreads and slippage.

if you trading minor pairs like all this AUDNZD, GBPAUD, AUDCHF, GBPCHF kindly ditch them now and replace them with only majors. Cos if you trade them when you on a prop firm evaluation wettin ur eyes go see no be here oo..

What this means is that market has to move against you 1000 pips for you to fail. Is this possible on a swing position? No. Unless you're wrong and it would hardly happen in 1 week. It can't even happen as your stoploss is 200 pips.

The above not withstanding let us help by providing genuine and honest prop firms that offer No swap account and Balance based DD.
