NHF another way of milking Nigeria civil servant of their hard earned money, government shouldn't have made the contribution compulsory or it should have been voluntary. But because of how the people in charge want to siphon money, they put everybody on NHF deduction, wether you consent or not. Nigerians always doing things the wrong way.

Mortgage bank is a better place if anyone needs anything related to national housing fund.. we have many primary mortgage banks in this country.. it doesn't require any zoom conference.. walk in to any mortgage bank and make your enquiry on how to go about it..

How much is expected as down payment?

To be completely honest with you,

It depends on the type of house you want to buy.

Most times, the down-payment is usually 30% of the actual cost of the property.

For some people this is where they get stuck - raising their down-payment.

And this is one of the things we help people to do on our platform.

On our platform, you can create a savings plan and save towards your down-payment.

But for people who already have their down-payment and an active NHF account, the process is pretty straightforward - within 6 to 12 months, you can buy your dream home.

Please don't forget to register for the event ==> https://lu.ma/0s1jaegx

We will discuss this extensively.

You are correct.

The Federal Mortgage Bank has mandated PMBs - Primary Mortgage Banks to disburse this NHF loan.

But the main issue is - Qualifying For the Loan.

That is why we are organising this event to let everyone know the exact steps to take.

Thank you for your contribution.

It really does sound exciting.

Most people don't know that every Nigerian, no matter how much they earn, can qualify for the NHF loan.

We would love to see you at the upcoming live event on the 2nd of September.

Don't forget to register for the event.

Its not that everyone can access it. You must have been remitting on ur NHF account before you can be eligible. The monthly remittance is very small sha. Like me, remmit N2,100.00 per month.

But that is what the law demands.

That is according to the NHF Act of 1992.

It is compulsory not only for civil servants, but for employees of private firms and business owners.

It is also cumpolsory for commercial banks to pay a specific percentage of their annual profit as contribution to the National Housing Fund.

First thing first
What are the cost of the buildings?
Where are the lands or properties located?
Apart from the buildings, can subscribers get land in those areas and build the houses themselves?

Tell us more

EVERYONE CAN ACCESS IT!

All they have to do is start remitting their required payment every month to their NHF account.

You are doing a great job by remmiting your own.

We would love to see you there.

The National Housing Fund is backed by law.

It is your right as a Nigerian to qualify for the NHF loan and buy your first home.

Try to do some research about the NHF Act of 1992.
