According to Npower News on Npower validation, Npower batch c beneficiaries getting the access denied invalid credentials error message when attempting to complete the Npower validation should kindly note that they should keep trying from time to time as Npower technical team is aware of the issue and it is being resolved. Npower batch c beneficiaries that completed the Npower validation but wants to confirm if their Npower validation was successfully submitted should send their Npower ID to Npower. Pls @ lolu 2019, help us talk to Beta Edus' friend that she should pls pay stream 2 d 8mth owed payment cos its been long,that she shouldnt mind anyone in d ministry trying to tell her dey are yet to be done with backlogs,

Betta Edu posted today on twitter that they are working towards paying all beneficiaries their backlogs.

My payroll is also empty. I have not been paid before but I know I will receive alert soon.

Leave payroll for now your focus should be on whether your validation was done successfully or not and your overview page, if it reads beneficiary that is good provided you have done your validation with the correct account details, if it reads applicant or shortlisted and you were shortlisted and have done the validation you need to be converted to Beneficiary and it must reflect on your portal before you are eligible for payment. In addition to this please if you used another account details during your validation your payment process will be delayed.

Npower batch c beneficiaries on their own part have been instructed on the Npower portal to update all missing informations, should the "not added" error appear the Npower batch c beneficiary should check back later and continue to observe the Npower portal for updates.
