It seems some of you doesn't know the cruise of the whole thing. I don't think anyone is disputing that Tinubu doesn't attend Chicago State University but the bitter pill is on what he used as admission documents.
If truly those documents are clean, why is Tinubu trying tooth and nail to prevent Atiku access those documents. That should be his joy and exoneration that his authentic documents are sought for. I can't be running Helter skelter to prevent anyone having access on my school documents because I know they are all genuine. This case is tantamount to a sinner runs when no one pursues him.

Tinubu blocked Chicago university from releasing the said certificate,that was why atiku went to court to subpoena them,yet tinubu joined the case asking the court not to hear the petition,Saying releasing his certificate will invade his privacy,that was why the court gave tinubu date till 23rd which was yesterday to tell them why they shouldn't hear the case and how releasing his certificate will invade his privacy as a public servant

And yesterday the court told tinubu that they have the jurisdiction to hear the petition(he failed)

Even Chicago state university gave him till month end to tell them why they shouldn't release it because they were subpoenad

In this instance, the district court of Illinois have expressed interest to hear the matter.Chicago State University is a state owned or managed university with full authorization and funding from the state of Illinois.
There are far reaching Consequences both for Chicago State University and the state of Illinois if they had refused to address issue bothering of the authenticity of academic records presumably issued from their school.
In the eyes of the law, the school could either be seen as diploma racketeering environment, or as a place tolerable of academic misconduct.
Do you suppose that a university in America will tolerate such behavior.
My question is this : If Mr. Tinubu attended and graduated from Chicago State University and came out with first class honors as he claimed, why is he jittery, and trying to block his political opponents from viewing his academic records
