I forget the pattern draw,so I can't open it ,have tried severally but can't, now I don't mind losing the content, I want reset or flash whichever. Pls guru in the house 🏠

I think by pressing the power button key together with the volume down button key (when the phone is in power off state). It should bring you out a preboot menu and options, (you will use the volume up and down button to scroll up and down)so you will click on reset or factory reset option there. |
